We start with a non -exclusive Service Agreement between us which operates as our "handshake" and gets you on our docket based on the job position you describe. Since we work on a contingency basis, no money is exchanged until and unless you decide to hire a candidate we present.
Unlimited Interviews
We clear our desk and do a deep dive search for our candidates through an array of resources: proprietary software, networking and referrals. We vet all candidates carefully and with due diligence.
Client / Candidate interviews start with a phone call or video call and then move to a personal meeting as interest escalates.
Follow - Through
We care about the fit. We monitor your satisfaction as well as the candidate's for the first few weeks/months. We look for red flags and listen for your approval.
